The Rise Initiative Launches Real Care App in New Zealand to Support Mental Wellbeing in Real Estate

Building on its success in Australia with over 10,000 downloads, the Rise Initiative is proud to launch the Real Care app in New Zealand. The app provides kiwi real estate agents with essential mental wellbeing tools, resilience-building resources and local counselling support when needed.

Designed to connect physical and mental health, it also offers three, free and confidential phone counselling sessions, delivered locally by EAP provider, Assure.

The launch is made possible thanks to the support of Australia’s leading property marketplace, Domain Group and CampaignTrack.

Nick West, Chair of the Rise Initiative said the launch in New Zealand came directly from requests by Kiwi agents and property managers.

“The New Zealand property market is going through huge change, and while many agents saw the Real Care app’s value, the absence of a local counselling number was a barrier.

Thanks to Domain and CampaignTrack, we now have a Kiwi version ready to support them.

“In today’s fast-paced property market, accessible mental health tools are essential. While not everyone will use it, this app offers crucial support when it’s needed most, and is a valuable resource for leaders supporting their teams,” he said.

“The app is like a performance coach in your pocket, offering practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and self-care.”

John Foong, Board member of the Rise Initiative and Domain’s Chief Commercial Officer, said Domain and CampaignTrack is proud to extend free phone counselling services to New Zealand’s real estate community.

"Supporting each other with the right wellbeing tools is key to building a stronger, more resilient property industry. This initiative offers free and confidential support to New Zealand agents when it’s needed most. We encourage you to reach out - help is here when you need it, with a quick and compassionate response.”

The Real Care app is available for download now on both iOS and Android devices.
