  • Phone the number above or go to the SOS section of RealCare app and you’ll see the Speak to a Counsellor section. Click the phone number and it will dial automatically.

  • No. In fact we urge you to use the service before you get to crisis point. You can speak to a counsellor whenever you feel the need. Signs it could be valuable include feeling stuck, unable to solve or rationalise how you feel, or just feeling overwhelmed and needing some outside guidance.

  • Absolutely not. The information you share with your counsellor is completely private. Calls are not recorded and your visit is not traceable as an individual user.

  • Yes. The Real Care counselling service through Domain is available to anyone working in the real estate industry or their families. You can also use it to get advice if you have a family member in crisis but are not sure what to do to help them.

  • The only thing Rise can see is the combined number of users who have landed on the counselling page as part of the statistical reporting on the app. We do not have any visibility around individual users.

  • If you still feel stuck or in need of help after the three free sessions, it may be time to visit your GP and request a referral to a counsellor who can provide more specific and targeted care for your circumstances. Go to the Real Care app, click on the SOS section and see How to Get Help
