The Rise Initiative Named Official Charity Partner of The One Conference 2026

The Rise Initiative has been named the official charity partner for The One Conference, a major industry event organised by Ray White AKG that will see more than 800 real estate professionals gather in Brisbane this January.

Scheduled for January 29 at The Star in Brisbane, the partnership between The One Conference and Rise Initiative strengthens the event’s commitment to inclusion, care, and the long term wellbeing of those working across the real estate and property industries.

Avi Khan, Founder of The One Conference, said the partnership reflects a shared belief that industry success must be underpinned by genuine care for people.

The Rise Initiative is a non profit organisation dedicated to supporting the mental, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of people working in real estate and property - an industry known for its intensity, constant pressure, and emotional demands.

Real estate professionals are routinely exposed to high-stakes, life-changing situations. Agents and property managers often work alongside clients navigating divorce, death, financial stress, housing insecurity, and major transitions. At the same time, they are required to remain commercially focused, emotionally regulated, and consistently available in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The Rise Initiative exists to address this reality head-on.

Through education, awareness, and practical tools, Rise helps industry professionals better understand how the brain responds under pressure, how stress and emotional triggers show up in the body and mind, and how to manage moments of anxiety, anger, or overwhelm before they escalate.
